NOTICE 

Boil Water Advisory Lifted -
The Boil Water Advisory for the Massac and Melber areas South of Lovelaceville Road and West of New Highway 45 was lifted on 4/27/2015 at 3:15 pm.
Paducah Water sampled the water in the affected areas and found no bacteriological problems.

Any questions should be directed to Ricky Gilbert, Superintendent, or Mindy Martin, Water Quality Supervisor, at 270-442-2746

This advisory was in accordance with the Kentucky Public and Semipublic Water Supplies Regulation 401 KAR 8:020, Section 2(9)
NOTE: Only the DOW Field Operations, or the Drinking Water Branch Manager may lift this advisory per 401 KAR 8:020, Section 2(9)(a)

Our customer service representatives are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at our office, 1800 North 8th Street.

Paying Your Bill

PLEASE NOTE: As of December 15th, the Reidland Dollar General store and the library drop box locations will no longer be available.

PW strives to make bill payment as convenient as possible. You have several options to pay your bill:

By Direct Debit:

Automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date.

By Mail:

Using return envelopes provided by Paducah Water.

PW Offices:

1800 North 8th Street, between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

At Any Payment Drop Box:

Located at the the former Gore's Supermarket in Lone Oak,  Kroger  on Paducah's South Side, across from Hancock Fabrics on Hinkleville Road.

Drive Up Window:

Drive through service windows at Paducah Power System or Jackson Purchase Energy during their normal business hours.

Drop Box Moved to New Location:

The Paducah Water payment drop box formerly located in West Park Village was moved to a new location. It is now in the parking lot of the shopping center across from Hancock Fabrics, 3790 Hinkleville Road.

Automated Phone System:

You may also call in your payments by dialing (270) 442-2746 at any time. Our automated phone system will allow you to pay by phone 24/7!
