With this system customers can pay their bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Just call (270) 442-2746 and follow the prompts. *If your service has been disconnected for non-payment DO NOT pay via the automated system. Please pay in the office or talk with a Customer Service Representative on the phone in order to pay the correct amount and have service restored in a timely manner.*
DIRECT DEBIT
Avoid card transaction convenience fees by enrolling in Direct Debit. Have your monthly payment drafted from your checking account on the due date. Enjoy the hassle-free convenience of Direct Debit!

Paying Your Bill

Pay Online

Our online account system is more convenient than ever!

Register for an online account to view your current bill, make payments, enroll in e-billing, select paperless billing and view your consumption history.

Registration for the online system will require your Paducah Water account number, which is located on the top right portion of your bill. Or you may call customer service at 270-442-2746 if you need assistance with registration.

If your water service has been disconnected please DO NOT use the automated telephone or online payment systems. Contact our office to make the payment required to have your water service restored.

Direct Debit

Your payment will be deducted from your checking account on the due date.

U.S. Mail

Use the return envelope enclosed with your PW bill.

DRIVE UP WINDOW
Use the drive through service window at Paducah Power System during their normal business hours (CASH/CHECK ONLY). Please have your PW bill with you!

PAYMENT DROP BOX

Payment drop boxes are located at Southfork Lighting  in Lone Oak, Kroger on Paducah’s South Side, the former West McCracken Water District office on Ogden Landing Road, and at Kroger on Park Avenue. We also have a drop box in front of the PW business office for your convenience.
