Our objective is to assure that planning is in place in order for system growth and maintenance to occur in a cost effective and orderly manner. The department will also make certain system improvements made by Paducah Water, developers and private individuals are properly engineered, permitted and constructed. Department staff have met certification or license requirements as required by the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet, Division of Water and the Kentucky State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
